Start with a kickboard breathing 2 times and putting your face back down in the water. Once you are comfortable, start taking one breath.

Roll to your back and take as many breaths as you can. Once you are comfortable, start by breathing 2 times and roll back to your belly. Aim for 1 breath to master pineapple drills.

One ARM EXTENDED

Now when you roll onto your back keep one arm extended behind you. This will help you breathe quicker and you can continue swimming easily. It will also keep your body balanced.

SIDE BREATHING

Just roll to your side with one arm extended instead of rolling all the way to your back. Start breathing 2 times and once you master that, breathe 1 time only.

Don't lift your head too high in the air. Your ears should not be visible. Doing this will sink your legs and lower body!
